    From the website:
“DESCRIBE THE PROCESS OF EXITING FROM A STATE OF NO-SENSE DATA Being aware of time and space – how does the sense base emerge? It is necessary to have a standpoint somewhere/anywhere in time and space; from that vantage point you weave together a cycle of time with a spatial system. An appropriate analogy might be the weaving of fabric with time as weft and space as woof. The material generated has the quality of a prism, so that impressions received generate a spectrum of individual sense consciousness, all possible types. By taking a vantage point, impressions are automatically filtered and a sense of range and difference is developed. This sense base has been generated of necessity out of the interaction of space and time. All entities, human or otherwise, if they are to be sensory beings will create a sense base amidst a vast array of available data. We swim in an ocean of data and can only take on board a portion of it. When a sense base is established, data becomes information through the operation of the senses which produce a perceptible world, albeit one biased by the perceiver’s particular set of data receivers and their limits. FROM IGNORANCE TO MIND BASE Ignorance = ignorance of Unity. It is an undifferentiated state – knowing neither this nor that. It is a state of homogeneity. Why did singularity arise? If you take it from a theological point of view, it is the central mystery. If referring to an individual, it can be seen as karmic tendencies from previous lives. If referring to the created universe, the singularity arises because it has arisen before. Also, a singularity arises in the moment because it has arisen before. As soon as you have one thing, you have that one thing and something else (i.e. the original undifferentiated state). No-thing and difference. When you have one thing and another thing, you have a relationship; then you have consciousness. Consciousness is a linking mechanism; it is everywhere. Where there is separation, you therefore have different locations in space. There is a distance between both locations. And if you move from one to the other, it takes time. If it takes no time to travel from one to the other, then there is no space. When you have a number of moments, you need a method of comparison. You have to assume that there are a number of things (>2). There has to be increased difference to prevent the system collapsing back on itself; therefore you have to have a means of comparison – i.e. a mind base. If you have this and that and the relationship between them on one side, and this and that and the relationship between them on the other side; and the relationship between the two sets, you have seven. We now have a comparative system which is the mind base.”

“INTO MEDITATION (FROM SENSE-BASE) First sit down, get into a comfortable, balanced position, in order to minimise stimulation by touch. Close the eyes to minimise visual stimuli. Allow the breathing to settle, become as light as possible. Disengage from external stimuli: acknowledge that they are there but do not attend to them. Establish the object of meditation, whether it be breath, sound or image. Attend to the object of meditation. By following the instruction we minimise internal sights and sounds. We quieten the mind, setting the conditions whereby we may enter a state of meditation. Changes of state may be experienced, such as a powerful stillness (potency). The sense of I becomes minimal or disappears. A state may then arise where there is no time, no space, no reference points. Sometimes ‘something’ may recognise this state, and sometimes it is only recognised when I becomes active again. The normal I is not interpreting incoming data: impressions continue to be received but are not processed in the normal fashion. FROM IGNORANCE TO MIND-BASE Turning away from knowledge, you become ignorant, because you turn away from the simplicity of knowing all – or nothing. Because you are ignorant you desire a oneness to come into being/exist. In that desire consciousness arises of difference. Once consciousness arises, the observer and the object of observation have arisen. These are separated, creating space. The necessary change of state from before to now brings time into being. The identification with a particular time and space creates the material through which data is processed. This data creates a spectrum of senses which organise the infinite material which is arising.”
